Hi Beautiful Sponsors! We are off to another amazing year of incredible Big Waves, Soul Surfing and endless fun! My immediate Surfing Goals for 2007 consist of: 1) Successfully and safely surfing Peahi JAS, Maui 2) Return home to Surf the Legendary Mavericks with Team 3) Strive to Surf new locations on the North Shore Oahu including: A) Outer Reef Pipe Line B) Paddle in to Phantoms C) Left at Waiema Bay(One wave) 4) Surf As many new Big Waves as possible. Including but not limited to: A) Dungeons (South Africa) B) Todas Santos (Mexico) C) Los Lobos (Chile) D) Ghost Trees (Ca) E) Tres Palmas (Puerto Rico) 4) return to My favorite Home Teahupoo Tahiti!! Paddle and Tow into Huge Big and Small Teahupoo. Picture, video, film all Study: French, Tahitian, Video Film making and Voice. After Tahiti I have an open Schedule and can plane events, travels and concerts to the best interests of sponsors. My Media Goals: To reach mainstream American Population through Television, Music, Fashion Magazines and Documentaries in order to educate, inspire and actively represent a positive attentive to mindless trends of mass media. Cover and mention in Dedication page of all published Writing with contact/website info visible. Personal Note: I feel much honored to lead the way for Women of all ages in the area of Big Wave Riding! It is a path that I choose due to an epic spiritual calling not a mere desire. It is not easy being the first. You have to create everything in your own mind and face so many mountains. Yet the challenges I face being the First ever Professional Big Wave Rider Girl are nothing compared to the Joy of Helping Just one little child to know what she or he is really worth. . As a matter of fact, it’s all worth it for just one Big Wave! Jamilah Star caught one of the biggest waves (if not the biggest) ever caught by a woman on that day. Got to give credit to a girl who goes out once they cancel the Eddie Aikau event and nearly close the Bay to surfers. Dennis Pang considered that day "terrifying" saying that there were close out sets every ten minutes at one point. On that same day, Jaws was rumored to have taken a lot of jetskis onto the rocks during some of the best rides of the year. Ross Clark Jones and another Brazilian tow-in surfer got run over that day. The Brazilian guy was said to have been near death, but then revived. Local surfer and shaper Pizel broke his neck, but seems to be in really good spirits with the fact that it could have been much worse than the neck brace he has to endure for the time being.
